I am a Project Manager in Santa Clara, CA, with experience in global IT project management, IT support, residential construction, product design & development, molecular bench science, and pharmaceutical research.

These roles have provided me with a unique skill set, which contributes to my effectiveness in leading projects, fostering strong team dynamics, and ensuring the successful management of project processes and workflows.

My mission is to facilitate teams and developers in launching their best work by focusing on removing obstacles and formulating viable solutions.

Missions

  • Utilizing a combination of past experience and continuous improvement approach, integrated with best practice from PMBOK and software tools to create project management plans and baselines.

  • Implementation of best practices and methodologies delineated in the PMBOK framework to ensure effective management of projects.

  • Success is when deliverables meet the goals of projects and teams are inspired to collaborate with you on completing future projects. This is a pursuit in which I am continuously refining my expertise.

  • My dedication to servant leadership begins with supporting and empowering others in their pursuit of progress. Effective conflict resolution and team management for me begins with my own journey of self-improvement, leading by example, open communication, empathy and trust. These attributes do take us a long ways on our journey towards a harmonious and productive work environment.
